Hello, I want to know why you do nothing in order to change the default skin?! Everyone asks you to do it and you never do nothing! It's a shame! You make a firmware per year and they are never correct ! When will you change that?

Re: YAMJ default skin
Hi KimZole This is the YAMJ forum - and the skin you see on the AC Ryan players is nothing at all to do with YAMJ. YAMJ generates an output with both HTML and XML content, and the HTML displays on a browser such as IE or Firefox - there are different skins available on the internet for YAMJ if you are using it via a browser. YAMJ is also used by other manufacturer's players as well. The AC Ryan players have a Jukebox interface which is coded into the firmware and is nothing to do with YAMJ. The players take the YAMJ output and display it in the hard coded jukebox in the firmware. The only major overhaul of the interface has been from the Realtek SDK3 to the Realtek SDK4 based interface earlier this year - and I don't think the V2 players never shipped with an SDK3 interface. The current SDK4 Jukebox is not without flaws, which are being addressed, but there has never been a commitment from AC Ryan to allow the use of differnet skins. You could try a PM to one of the AC Ryan staff or post against the latest firmware topic for your player requesting the enhancement to allow different skins, but it has been asked before and AC Ryan are not actively developing this feature according to the published info at the moment. Andy
