Re: The Holy Grail: A reliable Mini 2/Working YAMJ
I now have the jukeboxes living on Drive J: and the content on Drive M: & T:
What I had to do is first find the relative paths of each drive so this was my instant Linux lesson..
I fred up Putty and loggeid in as root.
Then typed "ls" = List or Dos "DIR" equivalent.
From my previous research on this forum, I knew that the drives were mounted in tmp/usbmounts so I typed in "ls tmp/usbmounts" which returned sda6, sda7 & sdb6...
To find out what each drive actually contained, I then typed in "ls tmp/usbmounts/sda6" etc, etc and identified each drive & contents.
I then modified the playerpaths after a little trial an error in my library file like below:-
<playerpath>file://../../../../../../tmp/usbmounts/sdb6/Movies/Matroska/Standard
Definition/</playerpath>
Lo and behold, it all works....
Really pleased and the unit seems eminently more stable.
Now Andy & Duivels can let me know what they want me to test.!!!
