Reseller in Thailand & Services and Support !!

Since you don't have reseller in Thailand any chance when this will happen ?

If I happened to purchase PlayOn from Singapore, would the warranty still 2 years according to your web site ? And would I need to get services & support from Singapore only or via US ?

Currently we do not have any resellers in Thailand and the nearest location for warranty support is Singapore.

However, do stay tune to our website http://www.playonhd.com under Where To Buy as we will update any resellers or distributors in Thailand when we have it.

I've just sent an enquiry asking if they have it in stock, and the options that they include (hard disk, wireless..)

Actually, I just picked up a Playon HD from a great shop called ProHiDef in Central (Kad Suan Kaew) in Chiang Mai. Paid about 5,400 baht.

The place actually sells other media players too, but the AC Ryan gear is right up front. Great staff. Speak Thai and English. I don't have their phone number though. Sorry guys.

If you happen to be in Chiang Mai, head to the Watson's on the 1st floor, then take the escalator to the next floor up and you'll find the ProHiDef shop near the kids play area. It's a corner shop.

It may be a little tough to find, but it's got lot of great gear and about 6 or 7 large flatscreen TVs to test the Playon with before buying.
