We who own a Veolo do not want to end up like others who owns some of your discontinued products. You didn't finish those firmwares and left alot of customers with substandard products.

How can we be guaranteed that you wont do that to the Veolo aswell?

Hi,

This has been discussed between you and me already in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=186&t=19624

We have clearly stated that we don't speak about dates when it comes to firmware releases. The current status is that we are awaiting for our developers to come up with a ISC 4.0 version and once we have this ready and initially tested we will proceed with this version. If this version would not perform well (lets hope not) then our developers would have to keep updating the current version, Froyo or perhaps any of the other Android version available before ICS 4.0.

Edit: I forgot to add. All products will at some point be discontinued, but since the Veolo is still a new products on the market this is not on the agenda.

Best regards,

Well your sending a mixed message, your telling us with problems that your working on ics but can't guarantee that it will be released, and in other forums you state that there will not be an ics for this device.

Since I've paid a premium price for this device (210 euros) and it's not living up to it's expectations im quite dissapointed in your lack of repsonsibility towards your customers. I don't want to be another owner of a discontinued product from A-C Ryan, that never got a finished bug free firmware.

Summing up, you have not given any guarantee that you wont do that to this device.

Can you guarantee that you will not ditch us with a faulty firmware?

From support point of view. I can't guarantee anything more than I will try my best to advise and help all our customers.

If you have questions that are not support related. I suggest you follow my earlier advise and send a email with your questions and send it to europe (at) acryan (dot) com and then we will forward this to the correct department.

Thanks for understanding!

Best regards,
