In some of the previous firmware versions it was possible to switch the power off completely with front light off by pressing the front button for a couple of seconds.
How can that be done in firmware release 7.4.4 r7317? I don't like equipment remaining on standby when I don't use it.

This was never possible with the Mini and I mounted a small switch in the power cord, just behind my Mini. Be careful not to change the polarity (plus and minus).
