Other? Try a cold start of your POHD. Shut down the POHD; remove the power input, connect via USB from PC to POHD. Connect power and switch on. Its the only way I can get recent releases of POHD firmware to work with my PC. The network connectivity was bad so they made the USB just as bad. AC Ryan score again.

I think this is a big problem because now all the films are multi-channel DTS HDMA but with Playon we can only hear 2 channels. What do you think about this?

Re: [Official] Firmware_PV73100_v7.4.x.r5440 Found the problem that it will keep on rebooting the ACRyan if i get the 2 TB WD Hdd connected. When removed the Hdd works - no problem. If connected - it worked for a while and the same symptom happened all over again. Reverted back to the Rev4860 firmware and no problem. Box boots up instantly and works like a charm. Dud Firmware.

i've just intalled this latest firmware and had a big trouble regarding my player. It keeps loop and loop and loop before the player can search the HD. Is someone can help me with this problem? Thanks You very much

This is a hardware limitation not a firmware one; all media player based on the RT1073 Integrated Circuit (IC) have this limitation. Cheers !!!

Sorry for the absence last week/s on the forum from staff. We have had several shows in Europe and Asia that required many from our staff to attend, so we had to prioritize email and phone support more.
We will have an update coming shortly for internal testing for Playon!HD / Mini / Playon!HD 2 and Mini2 and most likely Playon!DVR-HD as well, and then we will test, and and tune this firmware for release.
Just so you know that we are working on things!
