Bug: When watching a series of video files in the one folder, letting the POHD automatically play the next file each time; when the next file starts playing, the screensaver appears over the top of the video with the video/audio still playing underneath.
This is an intermittent bug...has anyone else experienced this?

What do you mean "if you want bugfixes OR new options"? I want bugfixes AND OLD option - btpd. What sdk and fw do you offer for me? 4824 is not working. 2115 is not working. What fw is working?

 Re: [Release Candidate] ACR-PV73100 v7.3.x.r4824 Playon!HD
Hi all,
My AC RPV 73100 has a release v 7.06 r3643. It's a board 1073 DD.
What should be my update-sequence? My last update-try resulted in a yellow-screen and a message with some text like 'incompatiate bootloader', return to original release. I don't know how to do that and i didn't feel a need, cause everything worked as before. I'm looking forward to be able to work with nzbget, without having to reinstall it everytime. Also a working method for looking streaming video from uitzendinggemist would be greatly appreciated.
Foremost, please help me with the update-sequence!
Much obliged, Gerrit Bon (Etten-Leur)

@gbon, You can try an safe mode upgrade, how to perform a safe mode upgrade follow these steps: Just download the zip file containing the firmware. (even if you already did this) for the playonhd! "Playon!HD v7.06.r4318_(European)"Try to use a usb stick which is formated as either Fat32 or Fat. (use the full format not a quick one) unpack the zip file with the firmware on your computer, (not directly to the usb stick) and copy the unpacked "install.img" to the usb stick. how to install firmware? a safe one (which is also called a manual upgrade), is installed like this : take out the power connector. put in the usb stick with the firmware (install.img) on it (best is to use a 1GB fat32 or fat formated usb stick) .
put the power connector back in, while holding the on/off button on the playonhd, untill the flashing procedure is started. (which means you will see an installing text on your tv, and a progress bar) on the mini this can take over a minute, so do not let the powerbutton go before the installing progress bar is shown. even if the light on the mini goes off, (this is normal)
after that you probably have to use the tv sys button, if the screen keeps showing the logo or displays "no signal" for more then 5 minutes.
just keep pressing the "tv-sys" button repeatedly until you see your screen flicker shortly, or change. then press every one second until the right resolution is send out the HDMI port again which is supported by your screen. after that you need to set the proper video settings in the setup page.
reason for this is that sometimes after an upgrade the hdmi output signal gets resetted, which can lead to an unsupported resolution for the main menu of the player, the logo is after the installation always showed in 720X576 as most screens support this, but the main menu can have an resolution at that moment which is just not supported by your screen. (probably 480 or ntsc)

now install r3582 again through the setupmenu (absolutly not through the safe mode) setup>>>systeem>>systeem upgrade when finished install the r4824 also through the setupmenu again here the named firmwares can be found: " Playon!HD Firmware Releases "

Im working on it! Just dl-ed the firmware, copied it to a 125 MB formatted usb-stick. Where's the tv sys button? On the tv there's a 'source' button wich i use to go to the acryan. Is that what you mean?
Thanks! Gerrit.

 Re: [Release Candidate] ACR-PV73100 v7.3.x.r4824 Playon!HD
Thanks for your help! Kraakie, Dirk et all. r4824 works. Almost everything is working, only some of the 'extras' are gone. NZBget couldnt be re-installed as the POD-Installer now gives an error-message when I try to install the drivers PlayonHD v0.9 or PlayonHD optware/oleg - v0.1. Hence NZBGet is not working anymore which I use quite often. Furthermore, I'm looking for a streaming possibility as my pc has a perfect network-connection to the ACERyan. Finally, the W7 laptop is not seen anymore (I used the given advices on this forum and they worked before r4824. Maybe some option must be disabled? I'll be trying this version for some time. Thanks again, Gerrit (Etten-Leur, Netherlands). Attachment:
