Thanks. I ended up using advanced batch converter to convert to 16bit bmp but I'm not sure it's r5g6b5 format so I'll give this a try.

...so no simple solution yet to getting the second part of a movie to play automatically in YAMJ mode?

Have you had a chance to look at YAMJ to see how it does it OoD? Currently I need to go out of jukebox mode into browse mode to find and play the second part... this has resulted in the family rather skipping the jukebox altogether and going straight to browse.

Please can we find a solution to this... Thanks.

When you add new movies to your PlayonHD, do you need to regenerate the jukebox for all the movies or is there a simple way to just add a few new movies?

Save your list of movies.
Next time you have a new movie, just load the list and add new movie. You can click and drag to re-arrange the order of the list.

I test Yamj. Yamj can add multipart movie in xml.
TViXiE2Playon!HD add only first part in xml.
Current no solution. I will update program to play multipart movie.

Update: I found a bug. The Jukebox crashes the POHD if I press the Subtitle button during a movie.

Thanks OoD. The advanced batch converter bmp's wouldn't display at all so I used the jpg2bmp565 program which worked great (although about 2-3% of the poster images I looked at were distorted and grey scale after the conversion).

It's much faster now down to about 1 sec from 4-5 seconds to switch movies. The ability to skip through a bunch of movies at a time would make it perfect like shadowraven requested. I will try the compressed bitmaps you posted next.

Can you send me some poster that have conversion problem?
