I have acryan playon HD ACR-PV73100 S/N 7310020139167

I never update the firmware from when i buy the device, but now when i'm playing mkv it doesn't show the video only the sound and the subs, i read it because mkv compression header, to fix it you need to remux the video one by one or by updating the firmware to the latest one,

so i opt the latter because i have hundred movie, now the problem is i unable to update to the latest firmware,

here what i have tried,

1. Update to v7.3.3 r3582 through the setup upgrade -> after it install the firmware, the player restart
saying its UNKNOWN HARDWARE
2. Update to 7.4.3 r7137 through SAFE Mode -> stuck at acryan logo
3. back to 7.0.6 r1402 through SAFE Mode, all is normal

1. Update to 7.0.6 r3875 through setup upgrade -> after it restart to finish the firmware update, few minutes later the player shut itself off (the front led is off)
2. back to 7.0.6 r1402

i also tried the recovery guide pdf (safemode through firmware v7.0.6.r4318, but the player is still keep shutting itself off, so i unable to go to setup to update to 3852, tried to safe mode to 3852 still resulting unknown hardware)

so is there any way to update to the latest firmware, or perhaps just the one that fix the mkv header compression

Download the firmware releases from the official AC Ryan support site only. You are mixing official and beta releases.
Read the change logs and follow the directions given there.
Unzip the downloaded files to the hard disk of your PC and after unzipping copy the install.img file to the root of a freshly FAT32 formatted USB stick or SD card.
Do not use an NTFS formatted USB stick or SD card, as this may result in a faulty firmware installation.
If possible, try a different USB stick or SD card.
You must install 3582, before you can install any of the later firmware releases. Firmware 3582 comprises a new boot loader, which is required by all consecutive firmware releases.
It may be necessary to install 3582 twice, read the the Important note that is included in the ZIP file.

i have tried to update to 7.3.3 r3582 but it is showing unknown hardware after firmware installation, the reason i use beta update its because some of the official ones is making the player shut itself off (no signal show up on the tv, the player front led is off)

my flash drive is already fat32 formatted, but i will try to use another flash drive,

Okay tried to update to 7.3.3 r3582 using another flash drive, using the recommended update
(We recommend the following steps
- Update using the normal method, go to SETUP - SYSTEM - SYSTEM UPDATE - SYSTEM UPGRADE) ( the player rebooted twice as stated)

still showing up Unknown hardware, the firmware cant work.

after that i tried update to 7.3.3 r3582 using safe mode and it still showing unknown hardware

please help
