I just bought VEOLO from IT show, when i connect it, remote cursor shows in the TV, but immeidately moves down, what ever i try cursor will not stay in TV screen, it keep moving down. I can not click anything on the screen. I tried even recovery upgrade but still doesn work.

Have you paired the remote control first as described in the insert that you should have gotten with the Box? Unless you pair it first the remote will not work.
If you did check again if the batteries are ok and eventually try another pair.

I paired the remote, it didnt worked. I went back to Suntech IT show and got replaced the remote. Now it works.

I having issues with playing HD videos in youtube. Getting error as unsupported format in both youtube app and browser. Same videos works fine in my laptop and other machines. Posted a seprate question for this @ viewtopic.php?f=184&t=18777
