 upgrape new firmware hang on startup menu This morning i download Firmware_PV73100_v7.4.3.r7317_Asian and follow
the instruction
Safe-mode flashing procedure (Recommended)
1. Copy install.img to the root directory of a USB flash drive and connect it to any USB host port of the
unit.
2. Switch off the main power to the unit.
3. Press and hold on to the power button on the front panel of the unit.
4. Switch on the main power.
5. Release the power button when the firmware update starts flashing on your display in a moment and
will automatically reboot when update is completed.
But it saw like no function hang on the startup menu more than 2 hours still now restart ?
how can i do for next step? please help me thank you

I've have the same issue, but when trying to follow the recovery process, I still do not get any further then the first screen. Is there anything I can do next to the recovery process?

Re: upgrape new firmware hang on startup menu At The verf start, when i turn on the machine while holding the button in front of the device. It switches on, but all i see is the screen in the picture above. Even when holding the button for a long time the screen Turns black and the buttonlight switches off too. The device is still working at this point though. But doesn't do anything.

Please download and install this firmware (1st) - http://www.acryan.com/downloads/PV73100/Firmware_PV73100_v7.06.r3875_Asian.zipNext is to download and install this second firmware - http://www.acryan.com/downloads/PV73100/Firmware_PV73100_v7.3.3.r3582_Asian.zipLastly the latest firmware. - The firmware you want. Hope you can try this. Please use any other thumb drive other than the one you use previously.

Re: upgrape new firmware hang on startup menu Please try a different USB stick or SD card, which has been FAT32 formatted and follow the recovery procedure to the letter.
