good day
Excuse my English in advance.
I have two devices. playonHD playonHD and MINI.
when it is connect to the network I can browse the contents of the other?
I have one device in the living room and one in the bedroom. On each are some movies.
Can the living room watching movies that are on the Playon which is in the bedroom?
If so how?

Activate the SAMBA mode on both units and there attached storage or internal storage will be visible in the network. You can than from the 'client' side goto FILES MANAGER -> NETWORK -> PLAYONHD to access it's content. Both units should be connected to the same network to be visible to each others.
Samba option can be found under SETUP -> NETWORK -> SAMBA ( has to be 'on')

best regards,

But remember they must have a different host name. For all types the default host name is PlayonHD. So change this for at least one of your Playons.

good point. almost forgot ;)

Hostname can be found under SETUP -> NETWORK -> HOSTNAME -> change this to pohd for example otherwise you will only be able to access one player by it's hostname as mentioned above.

cheers duivels,

In the network section, but the exact location differs as per firmware release. In older firmware releases it may be called NAS.
