Got an issue with my mp4 player and the MNT.

When i connect my Cowon D2 (usb cable) to the MNT (Ac Ryan)
I can't browse the files stored on the mp4 player.
Other usb devices are recognised.

The mp4 player is fat32 formatted.

What should i do ?

start from the easiest parts to exclude possibilities,

for example try another usb cable or try if your player is working with the same connection to a pc
