 [HOW TO] have a non fluctating speed network transfer in W7
Code: Estimated Time: 1 min Level: Easy Operating System(s): Windows 7 Category: Networking Firmware: NA
I found out why onder windows 7 i had fluctating network speeds Go to you network adapter settings where you can find the Tc/ip settings  And disable the packetplanner and the link layer option My network transfer is now stable with 5 mB/s In Vista dissable the packetplanner.

i follow exactly but maximum i got only 2.5mbps ! darn...
i thought its more faster, imagine transfering file takes 1 hours plus for 8GB...
now i rather do the hassle way by removing the HDD and plug it in to my removable 3.5 drive bay !
