Hello to all our AC Ryan customers,

We would like to inform you that we decided to stop the development for some of our older products. The main reasons behind this are that these products are more than 2 years old and that our hardware and SDK manufacturer has stopped the support of these products. This means that we are unable to support or improve the firmware development any further.

The products affected by this EOL (end of life) are the following:

• ACR-PV73100 – Playon!HD
• ACR-PV73200 – Playon!HD Mini
• ACR-PV73500 – Playon!HD Essential
• ACR-PV76120 – Playon!DVR-HD

From now on, you can find the above products in the newly created “Discontinued AC Ryan Products” section here on our forums. This means there will be no more firmware updates for these discontinued products and the support will be minimal. If you have purchased any of the above products recently, your product will still naturally be under warranty and you can of course contact our support for questions even after this announcement has been made.
