Support of MPEG4V2 video codec and IMA ADPCM audio codec

 Support of MPEG4V2 video codec and IMA ADPCM audio codec Hi Folks,
Was trying to play AVI video file with MPEG4V2 video codec and IMA ADPCM audio codec on the playon!HD which i have acquired recently from the PC show 2009.
Encounter error message "unknown audio format" and refuse to play the video.
My guess the IMA ADPCM audio codec is not supported. Will this be support
anytime soon? If not is there anyway to stream this?

Sorry to say IMA ADPCM audio codec is not supported, only MS ADPCM. As of now we can never tell if the firmware upgrade will support this codec.

Thanks for the feedback, saw in the forum on this transcode server software, how can i go about getting this software.

The transcode server is mainly for DVR series model. The DVR uses this software to play those unsupported format via network streaming. In you have the PlayON!HD, then you just have to stream the file without installing this software.
