I just wanted to get everyones feelings on the shock discontinuation of support for some ac ryan products ... I bought my box a little over a year ago and its had issues here and there . Nothing i dont expect really and it has served me well ...
The main reason for my decision to buy was the support and regular firmware releases .
I feel very dissapointed really , I read in the forums that AC Ryan dropped support due to the age of the product . A little premature if iam honest , Support may only run for a couple at years at best for some products but for a product known to acryan as having a myriad of bugs still to this day is terrible and it reflects very badly on your commitment to your exsisting customer base. I reccomended AC Ryan to a lot of friends and family who have invested also in your hardware and i feel cheated . I will never Buy or recommend anyone buy another AC ryan product again as nobody will ever be sure that you will pull support at your leisure .
Draw lessons AC Ryan and listen to your customers as they are the ones who will make or break you in the end .

You may have missed that AC Ryan Europe went bankrupt as of August 1, 2012.

at least ACRyan should fix the problem first before pull the plug
