Ive had my veolo for about 4 months, and ever since new certain video files, MPEG ; MKV, etc wont play sound, the picture is there, just no sound, ive tried changing the soundtrack options etc, but doesnt help. it seems to happen with larger file format files, blu ray quality etc. but also with regular quality mpg and the likes?
certain of the files used to play on my old media player with no problem?

any ideas?

Hello,

This can happen for me as well if you have 2x audio apps running at the same time. The Veolo can only output 1x source at the same time. It can be enough that you have a app running in the background or paused the music playback. Check so you don't have this issue, either close the apps manually or reboot the Veolo and try again.

Initial tips, make sure you have the latest firmware r932. If you have files that always have this problem then it could also be that we don't support the files. If this is the case, you can paste a mediainfo extract of this/these files and we can look closer if this is file related.
