Hello everyone,

I have a Playon!HD Mini2 here which shows no picture on the TV anymore, it just says "no signal" (the TV).

The player itselfs turns the led on (white).

I've already tried to flash the latest firmware, but the USB-Stick LED stays off.
The setup of connections like HDMI/LAN... is like it's explained in the manual.

What am I doing wrong, or is the player broken?

Edit: Other Devices work on the same HDMI port from the TV, but I also testet another TV and monitor - same issue.

Check if your Playon is visible on your TVv with the composite video cable (yellow - red - white) or the component cable (red - blue - green). Try a different HDMI cable.

Another HDMI-cable was already tested and I just tested the Component output. Again, my Wii-Console works (same cable/port) but not the Mini2.

Did you try repeatedly pressing the TV Sys button on the Playon's remote. This cycles through the available video settings.

If that is not successful either, I presume your unit is defective. Contact your vendor or AC Ryan for repair or replacement.

I also tried that now, with both HDMI and Component connection - no success.

The remote works since you can turn on the device with it.

I already registered at the Support yesterday, but no answer until now, perhaps tommorow.

Dear David,

unfortunately you cannot 'register' with our support. I think you meant the product registration form? I also received your mail and replied. Basically you will need to switch the player since it looks like this one is faulty. Our excuses for the inconveniences!
