Post Netherlands - Singapore: Which part of AC did what?
Hello guys (and girls)

Which parts of the company was located in the Netherlands and which part was located in Singapore? As in: Who developed the firmware? Who owns the name? Who owns the rights to the hardware? Where were the important decisions made? Etc., etc., etc.
