 TrueHD 5.1 Hi
Please support on the following:
I played Happy.Feet.2006.1080p.BluRay.Remux.VC-1.TrueHD5.1 -NoGrp and the sound is very very poor. On the receiver (Pioneer SC LX82) there s no indicator for the speakers (usually it is displayed 5.1 small squares). But this time there s nutting.
I have set the Playon for audion as passThru. Please tell me if there s any issue with the TrueHD passthrough setting.

Also PlayOn cannot play at all the King.Kong.2005.Blu-ray.Disc.1080p.CEE.VC-1.DTS-HD.MA.5.1.NoGrp file; neither video nor audio

Re: TrueHD 5.1 Can you give us your board model please. You can find this information under SETUP -> MISC -> Versioninfo. The last point 'board' tells you which one you have just to make sure yours supports hd audio.
Also make sure your receiver is capable of decoding hd audio (dobly truehd, dts-hd).

Board model is 1073DD. Any good news?
In case it doesnt support, how can I upgrade the board?
The received knows. I have a Pioneer SC LX82.

Re: TrueHD 5.1 Hi there, sad to say that the player model you have with 1073DD chipset does not support DTS Master Audio and Dolby True-HD.
I'm also afraid to say that you cannot do upgrade on the unit as it is hardware limitation for your box.

Re: TrueHD 5.1  This is not good news at all The best Ryan can do is to apply the buy back policy. I give this i have + an difference amount = new device / chipset Any comment on that? Any chance? Amy hope?

Re: TrueHD 5.1 Two to three years ago, we have three versions of player model 1073 and only the last version which is 1073 P+ can support HD Audio. Sorry for any inconvenience and sad to inform you that there is nothing we can do, as we did stop selling these player models.
