I purchased the mobile charger together with the AC Ryan Tab7. After charging it for 6-7 hours. The LED indicator does not fully light up. Only 3 LED lights are on. The manual states that after charging 3 LED lights > 75% charge. I've tried charging a little longer but it still stays the same.Please advise.

Hi, the first light is an indicator for charging and it will light up if you turn it ON to charge a device. The power indicator only have three lights from 2nd up to the 4th light. Its quite confusing but this is how it works.

Like to clarify the following about the LED status:
1) During charging, LED 1 does not light up. Only LED 2 to 4 will blink alternately. Is this working correctly?
2) What is the LED status when fully charged?

Hi, as I mentioned above there will be only three led (2-4) showing when you are charging the battery. When blinking it meant that it is charging and when fully charge these 2-4 led will lit up at the same time.

For the first led, it will only lit up when you connect a device like a phone and after you activated/turned ON the battery charger to charge the device.
