On 30 Aug 2012 morning, I went to your office with my Tab7 which has "Hang" issue. One of your staff did 1 1-to-1 exchange for me. Thanks a lot.....

However, when I try to download game 'Anger Birds" and " Temple Run" for my son, I encountered "Error Code 413".

I did a factory reset and re-try, but same error code appeared.

What can I do?

Please try to fully charge your tab and make sure you have good network connection and try to upgrade it. Please follow links below for online update instructions.

If your Tab already had the latest firmware and it wont allow you to do online update, then please try the manual steps of upgrading below.

is it a re-con set or a brand new set for 1 - 1? if it's a brand new then logically it should already pre-installed with latest firmware.

The error means that you are either sending or downloading a file that is too large and this might be a software glitch between the OS and the Market app, that is why I wanted you to reflash or reinstall the system. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Ryan Tab7 isn’t supported for use with the Google Play Store app or with play.google.com, which is why you’re not able to successfully download and are getting errors.

I know this might be confusing, but not all devices running Android are licensed to use Google Play. This happens because manufacturers use the free Android software on their devices, but sometimes these devices don’t pass Google’s compatibility requirements to have the Google Play Store app installed. To help with this confusion, we’ve published a complete list of supported devices here:

To see if your device can become a supported device, to find out what your other options are for getting apps on your device, or if you have any questions or doubts, I recommend contacting the manufacturer of your device directly.

Hi, I can assure you that the Tab7 can support and can download the two games you mentioned as you can see below. I really suspect that its a software glitch between the OS and the Market application installed. Hope you can drop by at our service center so that we can check your unit. Sorry for any inconvenience.
