Post veolo refuses stay on
Veolo hangs (video output goes blank) about 20 secs after start up. The last notification I see is something like "checking storage for errors".. Few seconds after this, veolo goes blank and would not power on again unless I recovery firmware update again.
Tried all available versions of firmware. Still the same. Kindly help.

Can we check with you if the fault shows right away after it boot to the main menu? If you already tried all the firmware, please try to restore your player to default and format the storage. You can find both of these under the player System settings. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks for the reply. The message displays in the notification bar as soon as the device boots and home screen is displayed. 15-20 secs later the tv display goes blank. So not enough time to go in to the system settings and restore defaults.

Is it possible to do a recovery package that will completely (delete all user settings and apps ) restore veolo to factory settings ?

If the unit can only show you few seconds of display on your TV and after that it turn Off by itself then it might be caused by hardware problem. This type of issue cannot be fix by firmware update. Please try to contact your vendor for you to know on how to get a replacement. Sorry for any inconvenience.

hi roger,

i think i have this problem as well. The veolo screen displays then goes blank and then enters a repeating loop. I cannot get the firmware to downgrade thru the USB thumb drive. Do I call the support number in your signature?

Hi, if still cannot then my suggestion is to bring it down to our service center for us to check. You can also give us a call anytime during operating hours.

Or you can try the last option which is to download and install firmware version 849 that you can download from this linkhttp://www.acryan.com/downloads/VE91200/Firmware_version.1.0.0.849.veolo_Asian.zip

Sorry for any inconvenience.
