Hi, I just bought this media box but none of the pre-installed programs such as PPTV are able to load the movies. It just hangs at the loading page with 0% whenever I choose a program. Please help. Thanks.

Hi, first of all sorry for any inconvenience. After we read your post, we tried playing the said application on our side as sometimes their server is down and will give this issue. At this point in time we found it to be working, we can stream and play videos. Please note that all video loading time is different, some may load in a minute and some may take more than that.

But if you can try, please do reboot your router and do a fresh connection or reconnect again the device to it then try streaming.

Hi, I've tried again but all the programs don't work. It goes to the main page, but none of the videos load. I installed other programs such as Sopcast and Youtube and the streaming works, so I'm don't think it's a connection problem. How else can I solve it?

I have the same problem. Brought the player beginning of June and found all on line streaming video like PPTV, LETV cannot work. The symptoms when playing is start stop start stop. My connection to internet is direct connection. I have tried to reload back to factory setting and try everything again but still unable to view the on line streaming video. Youtube is fine. What is the problem?

Sorry for any inconvenience. Sad to say that we are not responsible for the streaming apps if they wont work properly as we are not hosting their server and we are not the developer of the app. Installing apps for android is always trial and error and if the application cannot work then you have to try searching for another one of the same type and try again.

But I can confirm that during this period of time, I tried PPTV and it can play the video I selected.

How about I bring the set to your office and you test it for me?
