Hi I like to stream the video clip post on some blog or website. But I always encounter problem while streaming it. The video clip are abt 20min, source from YouTube. When I play the file, it will pause at abt 10mins through the streaming, and it just stay there forever, until I reboot the device. Sometime it will just hang at end of the video streaming, can't reboot. Need to plug out the power to reset the set.

It getting very frequent nowsday till I had stop using the device. Any help that I can get??

i had try to plug in Lan direct but the system doesnt detect the Lan connection . it getting worst now. If i play a movie, then i can't view video online or the other sequnce also will hang. Very disappointed on this and regret buying this.

Any more new FW or Andriod new OS release coming up? Maybe reflashing with new revision will help as i suspect system corrupted or worst Hardware really degrade after usage

You can try restoring the player to default, format the internal memory and lastly flash the latest firmware. Please note that in doing the steps mentioned, it will erase all the application you have installed and settings. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Did a default reset and still the same. The firmware still remain same at version 932

I have the same problem, player stands here now for half a year, still unusable. If you have still the possibility, give it back as fast as possible, from the A.C.Ryan you should not expect any help...
