 Veolo Hi,
I have tried the method on of recovery to the Veolo using the steps recommended update_app.zip and update_system.zip to the root directory, but i'm still stuck at the AC Ryan page. Even though after that andriod robot came out, it returns to the AC Ryan page and stuck for more than 20 mins.
Please advise what else is needed.
I have been to AC Ryan singapore office for 2 times for this same problem.

Re: Veolo Hi, sorry for any inconvenience. While doing the recovery update, can you see if the installation progress completely finish? If not, then I'm afraid to say that your recovery update failed. If you already tried to use a different USB drive and doing it few times and still does not work, you have to send us the unit for us to check. The issue your experiencing might be caused by hardware defect.
