I have a HD Mini 2 since yesterday and everything works fine except for one thing:

When i create a shortcut on my attached USB HDD and it says 'succesfully saved', the shortcut os gone when i reboot the system.

I tried this several times but everytime the shortcut is gone after reboot.

What is going wrong? Can anyone help me out?

Is the USB drive detected? Normally when the set detected the USB drive, the shorcut you created on that USB drive will be available for browsing.

Can you try to 'safely remove' the usb drive before shutting down the player by pressing 'eject' on the remote control. I do believe it might be a problem that you just shutdown the player and the write cache is not saved so you loose the latest saved file. By adding a shortcut the player stores a file on the USB Drive where it stores that shortcut info as well.
