Veolo no response to remote control

 Veolo no response to remote control
Hi,
I have the Veolo for 2 months, using it almost daily and everything is fine till today.
The Veolo can boot up as per normal and connect to internet automatically. But after booting up, I notice the front light disappears and will not response to any keys from the remote control.
I tried many times:-
1) Changing the remote control batteries. 2) Re-pairing the remote and the Veolo 3) Recovery Upgrade using Version.1.0.0.932.VEOLO 4) Switching off from the side button of the Veolo, I can see the red light at Veolo front but still will not respond to the remote contol.
Nothing work. Pls advise.
