 Playon hd ( frame to big message) Hi guys!
Ive recently been trying to play larger 3d hd files thro my playon hd mini and im getting the message ( frame to big!!) And no result ! Just wondered if there was a way around this issue as most movies im trying to watch lately are 14gb upwards and wont play!

Re: Playon hd ( frame to big message) The Mini only supports 3D SBS over HDMI 1.3.
Full 3D is not supported by the Realtek 1xx3 and 1xx5 chipsets in the Playons.

Re: Playon hd ( frame to big message) I beleive the files not full hd and they are sbs type.
They are the same as the other files im playing only larger in size.
Im thinking this error message is suggesting the file is to big to be read! Is there another player that will play the larger files if this is the issue?? Or better still, is there another player that plays larger full hd files ??

Re: Playon hd ( frame to big message) The file size should not be the issue. The frame size is something different, viz. the size of each frame in a movie. Please check elsewhere for other players, because here we do not give advice on the competition.

Re: Playon hd ( frame to big message) Cheers, Ps/ I did actually mean another player made by your guys but i guess i didnt word it that well  Can the frame size be corrected in anyway?? Maybe it will play if i can sort the frame size out by conversion or something? Just a thought!!

Re: Playon hd ( frame to big message) Full HD 1080p can be played by all AC Ryan Playon!HD models. 3D SBS movies can also be played, but obviously you will need a TV which supports 3D SBS.

Re: Playon hd ( frame to big message) Yes im able to play most full hd 3d sbs movies on my playon unit and 3d tv but it seems certain movies through out this" frame to big" message! As you can prob guess already im not that clued up yet on how this all works but im trying to learn more..
The film format ( movie and sound) is the same as the others that play but it seems the frame wont be excepted???
I cant seem to find out why this is as i cant see anything different to the ones that play other than them bein larger files.

Re: Playon hd ( frame to big message) Download, install and us "MediaInfo" (FREE) to inspect these non-playing files.
It will give you frame dimensions, etc and post results here.
