After an email with a complaint about the delay and lack of info on the FLUXX I got back this email today.

Helaas is er nog geen nieuws met betrekking tot de release van de Fluxx. Ook met betrekking tot de features is er nog niets te zeggen.
Om op de hoogte te blijven van de laatste ontwikkelingen, houdt daarom onze site in de gaten voor de laatste updates en gedetailleerde informatie over de spelers:

Sorry it's in Dutch but the message is that there is NO releasedate yet and there is NO news about the features yet.

Sorry to hear. So the release dates in some Dutch shops of july the first are NOT true.

For everyone who is waiting on some info regarding releasedate of the FLUXX.

I got this message from AC Ryan yesterday:


we are afraid to have to inform you that the FLUXX is currently still under development. We do not expect a release very soon and also cannot give an exact date at this point. It is recommended to cancel your pre-order and check back on our homepage regularly to get updates / news about the FLUXX.

Sounds to me like the FLUXX isn't going to be released very soon...I'm seriously thinking about cancelling my pre-order and getting an Xtreamer ULTRA.......

Please release it fast!!! I need it badly...... I'v been waiting for fluxx since 2 months ago already when I sold my old samsung dvd-player that had a usb connector.. now i have nothing to watch my movies with except with my hdmi-out on nokia N8 but this doesn't play usb-drives NTFS for big video files.

look at internetshop.nl . there you can find the fluxx release date.

That's not an official release date... 12 aug is probably just a date internetshop.nl has made up themselves.. it's probably just a marketing trick so that people will pre-order it at their shop.
Don't believe that date.
ACryan will release the fluxx when it's ready to be released and it's not planned for a specific date

And if you look now at that webshop there saying 14 aug.

Next day probaly 15 aug etc etc etc.
