Hopefully one of you can help me here. I have a Playon!HD-7300 and today I bought a Playon!HD Mini2 as well.
The old one(7300) was connected through a coaxial digital cable and works/worked fine. I then tried to connect Mini2 through a optical wire to the optical input port of my receiver, however, no sound was to be heard. Trying to find out whether the digital port on the Mini2 was defective, I connected the 7300 through the optical port to my receiver, unfortunately with the same negative result, no sound at all.
When I connect my digital tv-decoder (optical) to the optical digital input of my receiver, all works well. I don't think there are different "protocols" for optical transfers, so I hope I can find a solution to my problem here on this forum or to find out what I might have done wrong.
