Check the product website. As we say in Dutch: Look a bit further ahead than the length of your nose.

The Subtitles Format files Supported are SRT, SMI, SSA, IDX/SUB, SUB and it's kinda odd cos i'm using "Srt..." So , what could be the problem here ? Em I doing something wrong here ? Jij moet ophangen ...

 Re: A question about ACRyan mini 2
(a) Multiple SRT subtitles for a video, naming the desired subtitle file the same as the video name will make it the default subtitle during playback. Example: If you have 'Avatar.mkv' video and 'Avatar.srt', 'Avatar.dutch.srt', 'Avatar.german.srt', etc Avatar.srt will be the default subtitle If you prefer to have other subtitle as the default subtitle, just rename that to 'Avatar.srt'
(b) Only subtitles that are relevant to the video being played will be displayed and selectable Example; If you have 'Avatar.mkv' and 'Iron Man.mkv' together with 'Avatar.srt' and 'Iron Man.srt' subtitles in a single folder When playing 'Avatar.mkv' and pressing the subtitle button will only display and let you select 'Avatar.srt'. 'Iron Man.srt' will not be seen as a selectable subtitle.

 Re: A question about ACRyan mini 2
File names are case sensitive, so AVATAR is not the same as Avatar or avatar. Did you press the subtitle button on your remote? How are you playing your movies?

 Re: A question about ACRyan mini 2
We have few end users who are having this issue, but i cannot confirm if its the same case as yours. My suggestion is to check both movie and subtitle file name using its properties. Right click on the file and select properties. Hope you try it.

 Re: A question about ACRyan mini 2
You may check the content in your .srt file. Does it contain a running number (must be consecutive), end- and startime down to milliseconds given for each phrase. E.g:
1 00:02:26,407 --> 00:02:31,356 This is a srt sub test
2 00:02:31,567 --> 00:02:37,164 The test continues....
