Post Problem playing some movies
Hi,
I am owner of Playon!HD Mini2 for 3 weeks already. I am quite happy with it (there are some irritating moments, but you are familiar with them). The player is connected through gigabit lan and the bigger transfer was round 120 Mbit/s (it played test files with bit rate 70-80 Mbit/s). Maybe it can achieve more, but the cables are home made T586B, cat5E and also I don’t see any reason for bigger rates (except if someone is provoked by “gigabit streaming” statement).
Now back to the problem. I tried to play two files and the first one (Quote 1) makes the device to restart each time you start the movie:

The second one (Quote 2) is working very, very slowly (I thought that I pushed accidentally slow speed). It looks that it plays frame by frame:

On the laptop both files play without any problems.

Can you help?
Thanks in advance

Both files look like they should play OK....

The only things I would be suspicious of are:-

First file > 2Gb and quite often OpenDML AVI's of this sive will not play.
Second file, multiple audio tracks, again I have seen probs here.

May I suggest a test by putting them into a MKV container using MKVToolnix and trying them as MKV's.

Thanks GregiBoy,
MKVToolnix solved the issue. The muxing cleared the files (what ever it was) .
