Post Video and Audio not in sync
Hi,

Audio is out of sync with video after I installed latest version of firmware R1.
I tried almost all the available options, but still no use. All those videos played perfectly earlier.

Could you suggest the way get those in sync?

Hi Sridhar, sorry to hear that you have this issue on 932 rev1 firmware. I have tried playing using my set through USB which seems to be normal. Are you playing online content wirelessly? Please try to downgrade using the original 932 firmware and monitor again. If you can confirm that there are difference in the audio output between both firmware then please send a clip of the video for us to try. And for the mean time you use first the current 932 firmware version.

thanks for your prompt response.
Unfortunately, I didn't take the video clip with latest version, however, I can confirm that all the videos played with rev1 version, were not in sync.

I was playing a video from hard drive that was connected to Veolo directly through a USB cable.

I have downgraded the firmware to the version that doesn't suffix with REV1, now both Audio and video are in sync

Hi, thank you for the updates and for confirming this on your side. I have also encountered the same thing suprisingly on normal AVI file but other format seems to work fine. For now I can only say that we can only wait for another firmware version to test, for the mean time use the current existing firmware version on your player. Sorry for any inconvenience.
