 Only audio and no video When playing certain MP4, M4V and certain AVI, there is only sound but no video display. No issues with MKV tho.
Im using the older HD mini with the latest firmwares installed

Re: Only audio and no video It plays and works fine on my laptop with VLC player, but not for the ac ryan. Used to happen in the past for some MKV files

Re: Only audio and no video High chance that the video codec of the video files you're playing is not supported by the player. You can use a software to check and a software to re-encode the video.

Re: Only audio and no video VLC is very tolerant of poorly encoded files and is no real indication whether it should play on the player.
