I have a problem with the aspect ratio of this movie;

I tried it with many players i.e. mobo, mx, mplayer, es player, on Veolo but none can display it correctly on the tv screen. The image appeared to be squeezed. However, when I played it with Playon! HD Mini, there's no problem at all.

Bugs or or any advice?

Sorry to say that we do not have the same content in our database. Can you help us upload the actual fault using image comparing Veolo and Mini so that we can really know what is your concern regarding aspect ratio. Also please try to check if you have the latest firmware on your Veolo, the latest official firmware version is 849, do also check and try changing the Veolo display setting "keep aspect ratio" either letterbox or do not keep.

Thanks Roger. Your advice on "Keep Aspect Ratio" setting does the trick. Previously, it was set to letter box and I could never get the display ratio correctly. But when changed to do not keep, MX Player can now display it correctly although other players still cannot.

Glad to help jukbee and thanks for the upload You might need to use "letterbox" setting when the video you are playing is in 4:3 aspect ratio, so that it will not feel like the video is been stretch or something when watching it.
