 No right channel audio on AV output
I connect to my TV using HDMI. I connect audio to my HIFI pre-amp, but only get audio form the left channel, not the right channel. How can I get both working?

Try another 6 channel file.
Is this a mono file?

@lwidlak
How is the player connected to your amp, is it via SPDIF or composite cable? You might want to check too the connection of your speakers to the amp, cable used, amp setting etc.

 Re: No right channel audio on AV output
Neither MP3 is having any right channel, nor any movie with 2 channel audio... Left channel is working well. My set works well with any other DVD player. Have exchanged cabling left//right with the same result.
Connected to the audio left/right at the back

The red and white sockets? And not the yellow one? The yellow one is video.

Sure, no video. I need audio, not video.

If you confirm that you are using the right connections/setup and other devices are working fine with it then it might be that your player is faulty. You can then contact your vendor for them to check and for you to know on how to get a replacement. Sorry for any inconvenience.
