This method allows you to manually syncronise the Shortcuts you may have setup for NFS shares.

1. Setup all your shortcuts on one of your AC Ryan devices
2. Use Putty to telnet into the device (logon as root with no password)
3. Insert a USB stick into the device
4. Determine the mount point for the USB stick by typing "df" and press enter, e.g. /tmp/usbmounts/sda1
5. type "cd /usr/local/etc/dvdplayer" and press enter
6. type "ls" and press enter. You should see a file named FavLink_NFS
7. Copy this file to your usb stick as follows: "cp FavLink_NFS /tmp/usbmounts/sda1"
8. At the AC Ryan box, switch it off
9. Remove the USB stick

On the next AC Ryan box:
1. Use Putty to telnet into the device (logon as root with no password)
2. Insert the USB stick into the device
3. Determine the mount point for the USB stick by typing "df" and press enter, e.g. /tmp/usbmounts/sda1
5. type "cd /usr/local/etc/dvdplayer" and press enter
6. type "rm FavLink_NFS" and press enter to delete the old file if it exists already
7. Now copy the new file from usb stick as follows: "cp /tmp/usbmounts/sda1/FavLink_NFS ./"
8. Switch off the AC Ryan box
9. Remove the USB stick
10. Power on and browse through your Shortcuts which should now show the updated ones.

NOTE: I didn't use a file trasmit protocol to do this job as BFTPD does not appear to be installed or available on the Mini2 device.

However, it would be nice if something as simple as SYNC is available between the devices in future.
