Crash after selecting photos shortcut

 Crash after selecting photos shortcut Dear AC Ryan staff,
My HD Mini2 (firmware 7317) is connected to a Synology NAS. I have created several shortcuts for accessing my music, photos and videos. Since a couple of days, selecting the shortcut to the photos folder on the NAS results in a purple screen on my TV and a crash of the mediaplayer. The same situation occurs when selecting the photo directory on the NAS via file manager.
The other shortcuts to the videos and music folders are still working fine. I have recreated the shortcut to access the photos folder, which did not solve the issue. After that, I have re-installed the latest version of the firmware, which also did not help.
As the shortcut worked fine for more than 6 months (also on the latest version of the firmware), I really don’t know how to solve this issue. Can you please help me? Thanks in advance.

Re: Crash after selecting photos shortcut Can you remove the original shortcut and create it again and see if the problem still excists ?
