I have placed a hard disk into the 'EZ drive slot' but how to get it out?
It was placed with great caution, I took care not to use too much pressure. Now I try to pull it out (by using thumb and index finger). Also tried to do this while simultaneously pressing/lifting switch next to the disc: not sure if that's what it is for, and how to use it.
But no luck, it is really stuck.
The manual says nothing about how to remove the disc and I also couldn't find any solutions when Googling for it.
Please help, I don't want to use any tools and I want to return this device a.s.a.p.

You really have to apply a bit of force in order to remove the hard drive. The movement will be from left to right while pulling upward. Sorry for any inconvenience.
