Subtitles not playing on HD

 Subtitles not playing on HD Hi,
Just bought this unit and am stuck on something .... When I watch a movie from usb the subtitles work perfectly but if I copy/transfer same movie on HD, the subs don't work. Also, I cannot see subtitle files, not even on usb even if they play.
Any clues please ?

Re: Subtitles not playing on HD Transfer by using a printer-usbcable, not directrly from a usb device.
From pc to the device will do the job.
