Hi, Can anyone tell me if there is anyone with problem of having your subtitle going out of the screen...

It might have been the subtitle that is too long but i believe how the subtitle is handled can be improved because in some cases(Mostly for me though) the subtitle appear like this....:

AAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXAAAAAAAA
----------------------------------XXXXXXXX----------------------------------------

Treat 'X' as the subtitle in the show and 'A' as subtitle being off the screen...'-' is just to do spacing...

Is there anyway the device can be configured to prevent this problem..(Please dun tell me to use a different subtitle lol....)

Is my device buggy as everytime i switched off my ac ryan after using it as an external Network harddisk (which mean i left it on for quite a while) and i tried to switch it off...I sometimes hang to the extent where pressing or holding the off button does not switch the device off....

Can someone help?

is it a srt file or build in subs ?

i only tried embedded subtitles.

Anyone know about the unable to power off problem?

There is really nothing much we can do on Embedded subs, normally it is created on the preference of the one who created or embed it. The current users don't have an option to change its setting on the media player. Unless you Remux and change the setting of the video using another software.

For another issue that make your player hang, just make sure that the player is in a well ventilated area. You can also try using the remote to turn off the set.
