i noticed my subtitle was in the wrong directory so i tempted to move and copy this file to the same directory as the movie was located but the player rests no matter which method.
another issue once i turn on the tv tuner function the picture and audio will cut out for a few seconds.
really need the new FW. things are really starting to bug me.

thanks... We are also working on this for a new release soon. At the moment i would say we have a working alpha version of this. After the release of the other models firmware we will try to get this one up as soon as possible. Also we are moving to a new SDK which will fix a lot of the old known bugs when recording etc.. Currently testing those features and we hope that it will go as we want it. But as you all know during testing/debugging/coding you always face a lot of problems. So long story short - we are on it as we speak but we cannot give an exact date for this, also because the DVR firmware is much more detailed than all the others. we are very sorry for the delay on the new DVR Firmware. We ARE working on it and we try our best to finish it and bring it online asap.
We are in a Beta stadium at this point but gettin close to a final state. Once we are there we will release it on our forums & homepage as usual.

best regards, I think there has to be an agreement that we have been reading "soon" and "ASAP" a little bit too often for months now... I hope you guys know the meaning of "soon" cause if it ain't soon enough, don't mention the word... Anyway, hope this will be the last post with the words "soon" and "ASAP" in them before the new firmware is released not long from now this time...

when I play any .flac file, the ACR-PV76120 starts sending the digital signal out (both HDMI and SPDIF Optical, I haven't tried SPDIF Coaxial) after a few seconds (2 to 3), resulting in the track being cut at the begininng.

Regards Maybe in the "Technical Issues & Support" forum? I think others have reported this issue also. It happens on my .flac files also, on occasions. You will notice that .CUE sheets do not work with .flac files also
