Hi Guys! Hope you are having a great year so far My ACR-PV73100 isnt having such a good year unfortunatley.

Baiscally when I upgraded the box to GUI2.0, update works fine, but everytime I turn off the player, and back on again, it resets to default as if it is new!

Do you guys have any idea what might be causing this issue? Could it be a fault from the player?

Your issue regarding settings not saving properly sounds like a a USB-stick / firmware flash related issue.

If you format the current (or another USB-stick) USB-stick to FAT32, and flash to the latest firmware again using the 'Safe Mode' method, then you can hopefully get rid of your issue.

Safe-Mode method (*recommended!):
1. Download and extract the .zip file into the root folder of a USB-stick. Make sure the USB-stick is formatted to FAT32.
2. Insert the USB-stick to your player.
3. Shutdown the player.
4. Press and hold down the power button in front of the player for 15 seconds.
5. Your player will restart and install the new firmware.

Thanks for your reply. I tried both ways of upgrading. When I tried the safe mode upgrade, it worked fine once, and than started to reset settings to default again.

I'll try again using the safe method, just to be sure, and will let you know.
