9. Added support for PGS subtitles in MKV container

I want the subtitle more fancy, so I did the following:
1. Get 1 movie & srt subtitle, 1280x720/23.976 fps.
2. Convert srt and save it to Sup format by using easySUP ver 0.5, export setting:
- Format: BD Sup
- Resolution: 720
- Mode: Full frame
- Frame rate: 23.976
3. Using mkvmerge GUI 5.5.0, the movie & sup subtitle to make mkv file.
4. Play it in computer using VLC, ok.
5. Play it in AC Ryan, not displayed, although in subtitle menu, the subtitle is in the list.

Is somebody has a tip/trick to solve this problem?
