 ACR Adding new features Do the people from ACR look at these forums to see what their users are requesting?
They should compile a list of requested features and implement all the easiest ones which would make a lot of ACR users happy!
Just an idea....

Re: ACR Adding new features This is a debatable topic at best. While some staff at AC Ryan actually look on the forum, what gets passed back to the company and development team is unknown. Certainly, things have been very quiet of late.

Re: ACR Adding new features it would be nice as well if there was a place on this forum that not only had feature requests, but also had a list of bugs submitted...
this way 50 people dont keep posting bugs that others have already posted.
also they can be checked off once fixed.
a simple place to go to see bugs and feature requests with numbers applied to each bug for easy locating...

Our staff is present and reads a lot on our forums. When we get a new feature request that anyone from staff finds as a good suggestion, then we will report this to our internal system, and our developers will then get this feedback, and then it's up to our developers to decide if it's possible/worth to implement this or not.

kurt Hello, Regarding a official bugtracker, this has been discussed and suggested previously and our developers are not agreeing to this suggestion, therefore we will not do this. We have our bugtracker@acryan.com email for reporting bugs, but the bugtracker system is kept internally and this has been decided by our developers for their own reason. Br,

I never got a response, even confirming the email was received.. forget about an actual person replying that 'we know of the bug' , 'we are looking into it', 'it will be fixed in the next release'... etc...
so i stopped sending them.

kurt Hello, Yes, I can guarantee that all the emails are checked, and if not reported from before, and if the issue/s are reproduce able, they will be added to our bugtracker and looked by our developers. You should also have gotten a reply email if you sent to the right address that your message has arrived, but you will not get a reply if no other questions are needed. If you want normal support you can of course contact our normal support addresses, but we don't generally answer to the bugtracker emails as this email is for reporting. Br,
