playon hd2 forgot password

 playon hd2 forgot password I set the password for my hd2 but it's useless to protect anything from harddisk or I don't know how to use this feature. Anyway, I forgot what I have set the password and I tried to format my harddisk, it's required the password. I need help for this to recover or reset it
