 Video questions
attempted to play a sd video on my HD Mini on PC Blu-ray Disc reader
Video picture was not very good, breaking up. I was wondering whether I could play HD DVDs using method as I don't have a Blue Ray player attached to my tv. But I guess that would be even worse.
Is playing video over the network this way feasible or a non starter? I am currently using a Powerline connection but could upgrade to network cable.
Also had problems playing HD video from my PC Hardrive, connecting via the browser and double clicking. This played better than from the DVD Rom but sometimes the sound dropped out. This is video recorded on my Panasonic video recorder (highly compressed)

 Re: Video questions
SD should do fine, HD will probably be limited by your network speeds (even cat6). USB connect directly to yr pohd is adviced.

I'll try over a network cable, if that does not work I guess I'll try to a NAS drive. Or perhaps automate backup of my files to a drive attached to the POHD although I believe there are issues copying files from PC to POHD??
