 Volume decreasing and increasing.
Hello, has anyone come across an issue with the volume decreasing and increasing? I have changed the audio settings with no luck.
Any ideas?

Any ideas? Hello, To answer your question, no we have not heard about this issue before. But we can try to find out what causes your issue if you supply with more information. Does this happen when you watch a movie? When you play music? All the time, or just sometimes with same files? What firmware are you using and how are you using your hardware (connected with TV/Player/AVR?) Do you see a display on the TV saying the volume is increasing/decreasing or do you 'just' hear it? Sorry for all the questions but easier to troubleshoot. I would also reccomend to try our latest beta firmware from our forums and see if problem still occurs. You find the latest firmware here.Br,

You find the latest firmware here.Br, - While watching movies. Streaming radio is fine. Occurs with most of the things I watch. - Using the latest firmware. - The PlayHD, its connected straight to the TV. There is nothing on the TV to indicate the volume is going up and down. I am just hearing it. Watching normal TV is fine and playing movies via my Playstation is fine as well. Are there any obvious sound options I could adjust to test things?

So you don't have a AVR connected or any speakers. Just straight to the TV with a HDMI cable? If this is the case, you can try to set your audio options (under setup on your PlayOn!HD) to LPCM, if you do this then you will not be able to pass through more than stereo. But your TV probably does not let you have more, and that will cause sounds issues, if set wrong. Let me know how it goes... Just a side note, our latest firmware is r4318 for PlayOn!HD, you can check under system options that this is the case. GL,
